Senior Manager, Learning Design & Programs

The Senior Manager, Learning Design & Programs supports Tatte Academy by translating strategy into learning experiences & certification programs that bring Tatte’s mission, craft, and culture to life. This role leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of core programs including Onboarding, MIT/CIT Journeys, Leadership Development, and functional certifications across Café, Bakery, and Support Center roles. Working closely with Field Training, Culinary, and Operations partners, this leader ensures that all learning materials are practical, brand‑aligned, and operationally executable. They manage instructional design processes, digital learning systems, and program governance ensuring every learning experience is easy to use, and drives readiness, engagement, and growth.
