Signant Health is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager who is facilitation-first —someone who thrives in delivering engaging learning experiences that improve people and business performance. This role is centered on leading live training, supporting new hire and refresher programs, and coaching other facilitators to use adult learning techniques and technology to drive engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes, with design input focused on continuous improvement rather than full-time content creation
