Business: Piramal Pharma Limited Department: Legal Location: Kurla, Mumbai Travel: Low Key Stakeholders: Internal PCH team (Marketing, Supply chain, Business Development etc.).

Indirect Procurement team.

Finance, Admin, Tax, HR Team.

Key Stakeholders: External  Legal team of other companies, Legal consultants
Reporting Structure General Manager - Legal
Experience At least to years of practical experience in a law firm or at least to years of experience as a lawyer in OTC / FMCG/ Pharma company.
Competencies
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills - able to influence and persuade in decision making processes both internally and externally.
  • Commercial acumen - must be able to work with key business partners and put legal analysis in its proper commercial context.
  • A good understanding of the FMCG business practices with specific focus on legal and ethical business practices.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with ability to present legal issues in a manner that is understandable to laymen.
