Senior Manager, Machine Learning Science

What You’ll Do

+ Lead the development of machine learning algorithms in Wayfair’s algorithmic customer understanding, content and product recommendations for powering personalization.

+ Grow and manage a team of ML scientists and machine-learning engineers.

+ Own the forward looking roadmap and executional plan for a team and be accountable for the team plan to achieve this ambitious roadmap.

+ Develop technical leadership within the team and continuously upskill the team while modeling a culture of continuous research and innovation.

+ Collaborate closely with the product and engineering leaders in our Customer Technology group to build a next-generation personalisation stack for search
