Job Description

Objective:

This position is responsible for leading the overall maintenance function across the company’s retail stores, warehouses, and corporate facilities. The role provides strategic direction, governance, and continuous improvement across all maintenance operations, ensuring asset reliability, compliance, vendor efficiency, and budget adherence in alignment with Apparel Group’s operational excellence standards.

Key Responsibility:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute long-term maintenance strategies that support business continuity, sustainability goals, and brand-specific operational requirements.
  • Set performance benchmarks and KPIs for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across all geographies.
  • Guide the planning and deployment of annual maintenance programs and asset lifecycle strategies.
