Your tasks

  • defining corporate standards and best practices for manufacturing processes & guaranteeing knowledge sharing

  • optimizing operational performance of delfort’s production lines in cooperation with OPCO (operating company) management related to production efficiencies, production costs and quality

  • defining and securing the implementation of corporate reporting standards in operations

  • building a bridge between production and maintenance on headquarter and OPCO level

  • M&A projects: evaluation of operational performance and operations organization of acquisition target; support integration of acquired companies

  • special projects in the area of innovation, investments, reporting and work safety.
  • Your experience

  • 10+ years experience in production in paper industry

  • 10+ years experience in project management

  • university degree (preferably technical) or...
