Role Overview :

IndoSpace is looking to hire a Senior Manager – Marketing with strong B2B marketing experience, to lead brand building, digital marketing, and strategic marketing initiatives at an enterprise level. This role will be instrumental in shaping IndoSpace’s brand narrative, driving digital-led demand generation, and partnering closely with business leadership to support long-term growth objectives. The incumbent will act as a senior marketing leader, balancing strategic thinking with execution excellence, and working cross-functionally with leadership, sales, leasing teams, and external partners.


Desired profile :

  • MBA / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Deep understanding of B2B brand building, enterprise marketing, and digital ecosystems
  • Strong hands-on experience with digital platforms, analytics, and performance marketing, combined with strategic oversight
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively with leadership teams


Responsibilities :

Branding & Corporate Marketing:

  • Lead and execute IndoSpace’s brand strategy across digital and offline platforms to strengthen brand visibility and recall in the B2B ecosystem
  • Drive corporate communication initiatives including thought leadership, brand campaigns, and employer branding

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation:

  • Own and manage digital marketing strategy including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance campaigns

Content & Communications:

  • Oversee creation of high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, videos, and digital assets
  • Manage PR and media engagement in coordination with external agencies, where applicable

Stakeholder & Business Partnership:

  • Work closely with senior leadership, sales, leasing, and asset management teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new parks, developments, and business initiatives

Agency & Budget Management :

  • Lead and manage relationships with digital, creative, branding, and PR agencies to drive quality and accountability
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI
