Job Description
What you’ll do:
Lead the identification, prioritization, and development of long‑range member‑impacting strategies grounded in strong analysis and organizational insight.
Build clear, evidence‑based business cases and initiative briefs to secure alignment, resources, and approvals from senior leaders and stakeholders.
Facilitate collaborative, cross‑functional strategy design that engages FCL leaders, SMEs, and local Co‑op leaders to ensure shared ownership.
Transition strategies into execution by coordinating handoff, supporting early implementation, and defining performance measures.
Advise leaders as a senior strategy SME, strengthening enterprise-wide strategic thinking, analysis, member understanding and value orientation.
