Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and development of long‑range member‑impacting strategies grounded in strong analysis and organizational insight.

  • Build clear, evidence‑based business cases and initiative briefs to secure alignment, resources, and approvals from senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate collaborative, cross‑functional strategy design that engages FCL leaders, SMEs, and local Co‑op leaders to ensure shared ownership.

  • Transition strategies into execution by coordinating handoff, supporting early implementation, and defining performance measures.

  • Advise leaders as a senior strategy SME, strengthening enterprise-wide strategic thinking, analysis, member understanding and value orientation.
