We are seeking an experienced CA/CMA professional to lead GST compliance, litigation, and advisory functions within a product-led GST SaaS / ASP organization. The role is accountable for regulatory correctness, delivery governance, and client confidence, while operating at scale across a technology-enabled compliance platform.
The incumbent will function as the GST authority for assigned clients and portfolios, ensuring compliant outcomes, defensible positions, and timely resolution of GST matters.
Key Responsibilities
GST Compliance Ownership
- Own end-to-end GST compliance delivery including return filings, reconciliations, audits, and periodic reviews across multiple clients.
- Ensure accurate interpretation and application of GST law within platform-driven workflows and outputs.
