Role Summary

The role anchors knowledge dissemination, partnerships, and outreach efforts, with a strong focus on technology transfer, Global South engagement, and ecosystem building across research institutions, industry stakeholders, and funding partners. The position is execution-oriented, externally facing, and central to building visibility, partnerships, and business opportunities for the function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end knowledge dissemination and media campaigns for the Domain, including digital platforms, social media, websites, and print products
  • Manage all communications for the function, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic positioning
  • Coordinate closely with the central knowledge management unit to align messaging, formats, and quality standards
  • Manage external vendors and agencies for design, production, and quality control of knowledge products
  • Create, maintain, and update project websites and social media pages
  • Manage coordination with interested clients and incoming enquiries, ensuring timely and effective responses
  • Anchor coordination and management of South–South Task Force activities and related partnerships
  • Conduct primary and secondary research in priority sectors to generate insights, use-cases, and industry analyses for technology transfer initiatives
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-impact technologies using technical and commercial readiness-level assessment frameworks, in collaboration with programme teams
  • Support development of proposals, pitch decks, and strategic linkages with funders and ecosystem actors, particularly in the Global South
  • Anchor content development and rollout of technology- and knowledge-based products
  • Build, manage, and nurture partnerships with external agencies, institutions, research bodies, and other stakeholders
