Senior Manager - Operations (IP)

Job Purpose:

Drive IP operations from the scratch, handle team of ops colleagues and ensure timley and seem less operations. Ensure cargo is shipped on time, invoice completed on time sent to customer on time. ACR booked and venodr paid accroding to the agreement. Handle operational esclation help team to over come the herdules during the operations. Role 3 clean ups, FRP clean up during month end.

Main Accountabilities

Internal and External Customer

• To liaise with commercial to have meeting with customers to understand the requirements and review the operation performance.
• To ensure all IP standards are met by adhering to HSE practices and procedures and ensuring all the protocol is followed Conduct and participate in QBR, implement improvemental plan.
