In this role, you will:
Drive Operational Excellence
Lead a customer‑focused culture that strengthens client relationships and leverages Bank‑wide capabilities.Prioritize departmental activities, ensuring resources and staffing levels meet business demands.Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly transaction volumes and operational metrics, providing direction or escalation where necessary.Continuously review processes to identify opportunities for automation, risk reduction, and improved client service.
Manage Risk & Controls
