Senior Manager, Partnerships Development

This is your chance to be part of a Marketing and Loyalty team that attracts customers to Hilton through strong storytelling, top-rated, rewards, and differentiated customer partnerships, experiences, and adventures. On the Partnerships and Adventures team reporting to the Director Customer Partnerships Development, you will be responsible for establishing, developing and implementing plans to advance the pipeline of Hilton's new partner prospects. Potential partners will come in from many different sources and will represent varied categories including travel, sports, live events/concerts, fitness/wellness, agencies, and many other categories across industries. You will lead intake, curation, assessment, prospect and stakeholder communications, as well as business case development and cross-departmental alignment to identify opportunities that best align with Hilton's enterprise priorities.
