A leading Fintech company is looking for a high-impact Senior Manager β Payment Sales to drive strategic partnerships and large-scale ecommerce sales.
π Location: Navi Mumbai
πΌ Experience: 5+ Years
π Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic business partnerships
- Own and execute end-to-end sales cycles with detailed sales plans
- Drive lead generation, execution, and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams on solutioning, closing, contracting, and product strategy
- Lead face-to-face meetings with prospects to close opportunities
- Build value in competitive sales environments with a consultative approach
π― What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience in Payment Gateway sales
- Strong exposure to large & mid-sized Ecommerce clients
- Deep understanding of consumer payments, payment methods & ecommerce payment ecosystems
- Ability to engage CXOs, Heads of Payments, Product Leaders, and Technical teams
- Strong negotiation, closing, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand business models and ROI
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic fintech environment
