Senior Manager – Permanent Hiring Core

We are hiring for a Senior Manager in Permanent Hiring within CORE Sectors, with a preferred location in Mumbai or Gurugram.

At upGrad Rekrut, you will lead mid-senior permanent hiring across various sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Pharma, Construction, Consumer, and Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end delivery of mid-senior mandates with zero slippage.

- Lead and scale a high-performing team of senior recruiters.

- Build strong client relationships with HRBPs, TA Heads, and business leaders.

- Manage a high-value order book with predictable closures.

- Partner with Sales to grow sector presence and publish case studies.

Ideal Candidate:

- 8-12 years of experience in permanent hiring, preferably in core or industrial sectors.
