Position Overview
Lead planning and scheduling for railway EPC projects at Chennai BLT site. Manage project timelines, resources, and cost control for KEC's railway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project​

  • Monitor critical path, progress tracking, and delay analysis for railway projects

  • Resource planning, manpower histograms, and equipment scheduling

  • Cost-loaded S-curves, cash flow analysis, and variation management

  • Prepare monthly progress reports and client presentations

  • Risk register maintenance and mitigation planning

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Tech Civil/Equivalent with 10-12 years in railway projects​

  • 12+ years in planning role with Indian Railways exposure preferred

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel

  • Knowledge of IRC, RDSO specifications

    • Skills Required

  • Planning software expertise

  • Railway construction sequencing

  • Stakeholder coordination

  • Delay analysis and claim management
