Job Description
Repair Administration/Management of Avionics components
- Ensure dispatch orders to be released within 48 Hrs. of unit replacement.
- Monitor repair TAT as per contractual terms and expedite repair as per requirement.
- Verify quotation and invoices and ensure approval of the same within 48 hrs.
- Follow up with both internal and external stake holders to resolve any issues/discrepancy.
Monitoring of Galley Spares such as POCA, IPECO boiler, Megaphones, Survival kit, Life raft and Life vest and rotables related to ZODIAC, ROSEMOUNT, LIEBHERR, AUXITROL AND AES
- Oversee repair orders are generated and released on a timely basis.
- Ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times for uninterrupted operation.
- Ensure units declared BER are scraped in AMOS and release PO to keep up the float
Monitoring of TCI item
- Plan for replacement of TCI items pertaining to Avionics team.
- Ensure adequate stock is available before planned date to avoid deferment.
- Ensure spares are available in stock at MRO for servicing the replaced units to avoid held up at MRO.
AVL, Contracts & Invoices processing
- Review Contracts of all vendors for their expiry and arrange renewal process to avoid interruption in services obtained.
- Obtaining documents from vendors to update the AVL based on requirement.
- Ensure all invoices related to avionics are processed in a timely manner to avoid interruption of services obtained from vendors.
- Ensure retrieval of SOA from all vendors on 25th of every month to mitigate payment dues with vendors thereby eradicating component hold up.
Work experience - 9-11 years of experience
Notice period - 60 days
