Maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams to understand demand forecasting drivers and potential risks.
Gather, prepare, analyze, validate and share forecast data, including historical data, market trends and local requirements for Global Specialties
Track actual sales performance, analyze drivers of sales changes, and take appropriate actions to meet plans
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for Global Specialties, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts, supply plans, and business objectives.
