- Improvise on efficiency of procurement processes
- Monitor and review status of all purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Review and improvise on policies and procedures for the purchasing department.
- Lead and manage Cost Saving Exercise
- Implement and organise proper tendering procedure.
- Organize qualification and selection of suppliers to ensure they have right capability and capacity to deliver the required products/services.
- Management of the approved and registered vendors in the system
