The job of Senior Manager was established for the purposes of improving procurement process to ensure good quality and timely delivery of required resources at cost effective pricing and meeting the company’s budget plan.

Job Description

• Improvise on efficiency of procurement processes
• Monitor and review status of all purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Review and improvise on policies and procedures for the purchasing department.
• Lead and manage Cost Saving Exercise
• Implement and organise proper tendering procedure.
• Organize qualification and selection of suppliers to ensure they have right capability and capacity to deliver the required products/services.
• Management of the approved and registered vendors in the system
