Senior Manager, Product Operations — Payments Ecosystem

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations to lead the core operations engine of our Payments Ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our Platform, Network, Pricing, and Global Operations teams—enabling consistent planning, roadmapping, and reporting that aligns our technical delivery with our market-facing strategy.

This position reports to the VP of Product Management – Payments Platform.

• Build and Run the Payments Operating Rhythm: Design and manage the rhythm of business—including cross-functional syncs between Product, Network, Pricing and Operations and Engineering teams.
