Drive Revenue execution and Strategic planning for a Microwave Electronics Manufacturing operations by overseeing and managing all aspects of the operation including four quarter Revenue Planning, Workforce planning/recruitment, tactical day to day operational commitments.
In this role, you will:
Define goals, improve technologies, and resolve problems in as part of a team with managers of manufacturing, quality assurance, program management, engineering, and sales.Translate customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost-effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products.Develop operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures, while delivering the revenue plan for the site or group.Maintain AS9100 Processes, Key Metrics, IPC Certifications, safety and regulatory compliance relating to the production facility.
