About the role

The Senior State Manager – Programs is a critical leadership role in Western Australia responsible for the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of state‑wide programs that support:

• the participation and inclusion of migrants in transition (aligned with the migration sub‑strategy)
• individual and community resilience, preparedness and recovery (aligned with the emergency services sub‑strategy)
