Senior Manager - Project and Operations

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Project & Operations to lead medium to high complexity projects and drive operational excellence across their Business Technology portfolio. In this role, you will oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication while supporting improvements to delivery processes and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables and success metrics.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and financials, including vendor engagement.
• Deliver clear, timely status updates and maintain compliance with PMO standards.
