'Responsibilities :
1. Manage a team of Program Managers , responsible for planning and execution of engine development programs.2. Work closely with COE head and support them in planning and execution of projects.4. Integrated planning, alignment of stakeholders & execution of engine projects .5. Risk management - Support COE Head with Risk identification & work on risk responses along with key stakeholders.6. Manage and align key stakeholders (outside PD) for the overall delivery - Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Plant, Product Planning, Business.7. Resource planning & management - Plan resources and work with COE head for deployment8. Responsible for project budgets proposals, reviews with senior management and facilitating approvals.9.
