Managing existing supplier portfolio:
‒Ensure Supplier Strategy in line with worldwide purchasing and regional business strategy
‒Taking responsibility for all purchasing processes from contracting, awarding concept, price negotiation, delivery escalation
Increase Region-for-Region sourcing share:
