Responsibilities
Lead and manage Automation & Manual QA efforts across all products within the group. Design and develop automation frameworks using Java/Python. Introduce and implement new technologies to improve quality and accelerate releases. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams locally and globally in a cross-functional environment. Monitor and provide support for production escalations. Stakeholder reporting on test plan executions and trends. Qualifications
12+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years in a management role. Strong expertise in API/UI test automation for SaaS products. Solid understanding of security domains (Identity/Data/Cloud/Network). Hands-on experience with large-scale data ingestion and processing. Proven ability to drive quality initiatives and mentor QA teams.
