Frido is looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Quality Control to lead end-to-end quality across suppliers, manufacturing partners, and finished goods, ensuring world-class product quality as we scale.
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Quality Control will drive quality strategy, supplier and manufacturing quality, customer quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will work closely with SCM, R&D, Operations, and CX teams to embed quality across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Own supplier, manufacturing, and customer quality end-to-end
Define and implement quality standards, SOPs, and KPIs
Lead supplier audits, PPAP, APQP, and quality improvement plans
Drive RCA, CAPA, 8D for defects, returns, and field issues
Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF / relevant quality standards
