You will provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging standards and trends, ensuring team members have the tools needed to mitigate risk, improve performance, and increase the quality and effectiveness of client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Play an integral role in the design, implementation, maintenance and review of MNP’s quality management systems under the new Canadian Standards for Quality Management (CSQM1 and CSQM 2 and CAS 220) and QC 1000.
• Work with a variety of teams to lead the identification and assessment of key risks and design controls.
• Implement and test controls across the Firm.
• Assist with the documentation and development of process narratives and detailed control descriptions.
