Overview:

This strategic, high-visibility role (Senior Manager, Incedo Insight Institute) is based in Gurgaon and reports to the Associate Director while working closely with the CEO, CXOs, business leaders, marketing teams, and external publication partners. The position demands deep expertise in research, thought leadership, consulting-style problem solving, storyboarding, and executive communication. The role owns end-to-end development of insight-rich, data-backed, narrative-driven research that shapes Incedo’s market point of view, including contributions to the CEO’s books, keynote content, and flagship publications. Candidates must have hands-on experience in extensive research, structuring ambiguous problems, synthesizing insights, and crafting compelling narratives for senior leadership.
