Da Alohas is one of India’s fastest-growing vacation rental management and second-home investment platforms. We operate premium villas and apartments across leisure destinations and obsess over occupancy, ROI, pricing efficiency, and guest experience .


We’re building a centralised, performance-driven revenue engine and are looking for someone senior who can own it end-to-end .

This is a revenue ownership role , not a support function.


You will be accountable for:

  • Occupancy
  • ADR
  • RevPAR
  • Conversion rates
  • OTA performance

Type: Full-time, leadership role



Core Responsibilities

Revenue & Pricing (Primary Ownership)

  • Own pricing strategy across all properties and channels
  • Actively manage rates, minimum stays, LOS rules, and availability
  • Forecast demand and adjust pricing dynamically (weekday vs weekend, seasonal, events)
  • Track and improve Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR on a weekly & monthly basis
  • Design and execute promotional strategies during low-demand periods


OTA & Channel Performance

  • Own and optimise OTA listings (DaAlohas portal, Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MMT, etc.)
  • Improve listing visibility, ranking, and conversion
  • Monitor OTA dashboards, penalties, cancellations, and algorithm signals
  • Coordinate content upgrades (photos, descriptions, policies) to improve performance


Reservations & Sales Conversion

  • Lead the reservations funnel across OTA and direct channels
  • Ensure fast, persuasive, and professional response to enquiries
  • Drive enquiry-to-booking conversion with a sales mindset
  • Handle escalations and VIP guest bookings when required


Systems, Data & Process

  • Own PMS, channel manager, and CRM hygiene
  • Build dashboards and reports for management review
  • Create SOPs for reservations, pricing updates, and guest communication
  • Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency


Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and scale the reservations team
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and ensure accountability
  • Act as the central bridge between operations, sales, and leadership



Who Should Apply

  • 3–7 years of experience in revenue management, OTA management, or reservations leadership
  • Proven track record of driving occupancy and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of OTA pricing logic, algorithms, and inventory control
  • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and commercial decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident leadership style
  • Experience with villas, boutique hotels, or managed rentals preferred

Degree preferred but results matter more than qualifications



Compensation & Incentives

CTC: Fixed + Variable. Depends on experience and capability.
