Job Description

You shall be primarily responsible for delivering various critical components of the B2C business P&L and customer metrics. You will play a critical role in laying out a multi-year strategy for the evolution and growth of the business, as well as lead execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will own customer metrics, growth, CVPs, and conversions for multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities


- Manage key business metrics including:


- Customer acquisition and retention


- Conversion


- Segment / booking volumes


- Net revenue


- Revenue per segment


- Marketing / discounts per segment


- EBIT


- P&L Focus: Manage various components of the P&L.


- Work closely with Marketing and Central teams on traffic growth, CVPs, and improving the share of sustainable traffic.
