Senior Manager, Risk Identification

Overview

The Senior Manager, Risk Identification is responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of risk and control methodologies and analyses. This ensures appropriate identification, assessment, and coverage of Non-Financial Risk (NFR) categories across the first line of defense. The Senior Manager will drive standardization, support regulatory compliance, and provide analytical and advisory insights to key stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include:

• Risk and Control Methodology Execution (50%)
• Governance and Management of Non-Financial Risks (NFRs) (35%)
• Training, Capability Development and Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
