Responsibilities:

Lead risk engineering & value added solutions initiatives Pan India and perform in line with the guidelines and policies of the company

Build and maintain relationships with key corporate decision makers, establishing large volumes, high-profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty.

Effectively provide strategic direction to the Risk team so that the entire team works in unison with the ultimate organizational goal in perspective.

Develop and drive sector specific risk engineering initiatives for various products and implement across the product and business teams.

Develop, evaluate & implement systems/procedures for development and implementation specialized Risk Engineering Services for Chemical, Petrochemical, Power and related industrial sectors.

Comprehensive Fire Safety Audits, Process Safety Management, Electrical Safety Management and similar risk engineering assignments.

Perform risk assessments of the machinery, safety equipment and management programs of large manufacturing plants to ensure safety compliance to regulations & standards.

Work on industrial accidents, causes and preventive measures, analysis and report or review findings from accident investigations, risk assessment

Review and provide design recommendations for new projects and proposed facility modifications to ensure conformance with process safety and loss prevention codes, standards and procedures.

Skills:

Well versed with overall manufacturing including process engineering for any one sector

Vast experience is Risk Assessments of various industries (prefered)

Expert in Process Safety & Electrical Safety Management

Team Handling & Building

Required Qualification / Experience:

Education Requirements: B.Tech / B.E (preferably in Chemical Engg.), depend on Location

15+ Years of experience in Risk engineering OR

20+ Years in Manufacturing company preferably in chemical /petrochemical /refinery.
