Senior Manager - Risk Operations

What’s the position?

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager – Risk to help build and lead our Canadian operational risk function for a leading online gaming operator.

In this pivotal role, you’ll take direction and collaborate closely with global leadership across Fraud, Payments, AML, Responsible Gaming (RG), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Customer Verification. You’ll be responsible for establishing and managing front-line operational teams in Canada, overseeing KYC, fraud prevention, payments risk, and AML monitoring while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

As a key leader in the first line of defence, you’ll drive operational delivery, incident management, and escalations to the Compliance function, maintaining alignment with the group’s global risk strategy.
