Responsibilities
Partner with Senior Manager-Sales Capability-International Beverages and Market Sales Capability Leads, to design,curate, deploy, and sustain best in class capability building solutions leveraging world class content, methodology, and technology that empowers the IB ecosystem to drive outsized growth in anchor markets and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive scorecards & reporting (monthly, 3-4 markets in 2026, to be scaled to 10 anchor markets in future):
- Set-up IB Sales Capability scorecard for:
- Program completion tracking for various modes of program deployment- online/ classroom/ virtual instructor led training (VILT)
- Tracking of IB Traditional Trade Academy and Distributor Management transformation program governance KPIs
