Join Hologic and help shape the future of our EMEA commercial organization as Senior Manager Sales Force Effectiveness, a high-impact role at the heart of driving sales excellence, elevating performance, and enabling our teams to deliver sustainable, profitable growth across the region. You will help shape Hologic’s commercial excellence by maximizing sales performance, strengthening sales leadership capability, and embedding a consistent, data-driven way of selling that drives excellence in sales execution and positively impacts Hologic EMEA’s growth.
**What To Expect:**
+ Lead high-impact Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives that directly drive EMEA growth and profitable performance.
+ Build and embed a strong coaching and development culture across the Sales organization, with in-field coaching and 1:1 development for Sales Managers across EMEA.
+ Design and coordinate onboarding for Sales Managers and commercial teams so expectations for commercial execution are clear from day one.
+ Drive adoption of the bespoke EMEA “Sales & Applications Excellence Framework” across the commercial organization.
+ Own and optimize the EMEA sales process to streamline ways of working and increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with acquired businesses to integrate their sales processes into the Hologic sales process.
+ Monitor sales and Sales Manager performance against agreed quantitative and qualitative Sales Effectiveness KPIs.
+ Partner with country teams to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and define clear, actionable improvement plans.
+ Define the sales methodology strategy in close collaboration with the Commercial L&D team and continuously measure its impact and adoption.
+ Manage Sales Effectiveness operations to ensure commercial efficiency, consistency, and scalable best practices across the region.
**What We Expect**
+ Proven leadership and people development experience, with strong 1:1 coaching skills and the ability to mentor, influence, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
+ Deep expertise in Sales Force Effectiveness, including sales processes, enablement, territory management, and performance metrics, supported by a strong track record of over‑performance as an individual contributor.
+ Strong business acumen and analytical capability, with hands-on experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and data tools such as Tableau or Power BI to drive insights and action.
+ Skilled in stakeholder management, strategic planning, project management, and leading change, with confident communication at all levels and a talent for simplifying complexity.
+ Experience in medical devices and/or diagnostics, with an awareness of healthcare regulations and ethical selling practices.
+ Results-driven, resilient, self-directed, and customer-centric, with high integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Highly collaborative and adaptable, effective working across Sales, Sales Enablement, L&D, Marketing, HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to enhance processes, systems, and productivity.
