  • Site Security Operations & Governance
  • Own the site security risk assessment; implement layered controls for perimeter, gates, yards, warehouses, high-value rooms, control rooms, and substations.
  • Run daily security operations (24x7)—muster/briefing, deployment, patrolling, post orders, incident logs, daily reports.
  • Ensure effective access control (employees, contractors, visitors) and material movement control (inward/outward, gate-pass, returnable/non-returnable).
  • Oversee electronic security systems: CCTV, VMS, ACS, boom barriers, turnstiles, intrusion alarms, ANPR, command center—uptime, health checks, audits, and analytics review.
