Sr. Manager, Service & Sales Model
Purpose
Is responsible for the design and management of the IB region’s bank service and sales methodologies. This role ensures that service delivery and sales processes are integrated, efficient, and customer centric. Will leverage data and market insights to continuously refine service and sales strategies, ensuring they are effective and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Accountabilities
- Drives a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Develop and implement comprehensive service and sales models that align with the bank’s strategic objectives and customer expectations.
