We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to help accelerate the delivery of impactful, associate-facing applications and experiences within the Customer Engagement Services Technology pillar of EBS.
In this role, you’ll oversee the full software development lifecycle—from ideation and design to execution, delivery, and continuous iteration. As an engineering leader, you’ll set direction for the team, establish and uphold high standards, and drive operational and technical excellence across multiple initiatives. You will be responsible for Contact Center Platform and all aspects of the Contact Center systems.
