Role: Software Engineering Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Noida

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Software Engineering Lead who can drive end-to-end solution development transforming product requirements into scalable, high-quality applications. You ll be responsible for guiding teams, building prototypes, ensuring timely delivery, and staying ahead of technology trends to create impactful solutions.

Minimum Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and full stack development.
• Prior experience in leading/managing engineering teams (5 7 years preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
• Translate business and product requirements into conceptual, logical, and technical designs.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, automation, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Scrum Masters to prioritize and deliver sprint goals.
• Actively contribute to development using Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Architect and develop both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end applications with seamless integration.
• Ensure application responsiveness, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Guide and mentor associates, foster collaboration, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to propose innovative solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC within an Agile framework.
• Support deployment, testing, and maintenance of applications across environments.

Technical Expertise

Required:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices.
• Frontend experience in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap/Material UI.
• Solid understanding of SQL, XML, JDBC, JSON, and distributed system architectures.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, responsive/adaptive design.
• Proficiency in development tools (IDEs, build frameworks, Git, Jira, ALM tools).
• Knowledge of design patterns, data structures, problem-solving, and algorithms.
• Strong verbal/written communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Basic understanding of Unix/Shell scripting.

Desired:

• Experience in Energy & Utilities domain.
• AWS cloud-native application development.
• PMP or Agile certifications.
