Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients across software and tech-enabled services sectors, supporting strategy development and execution for transactions.
• Lead pre‑deal diligence, portfolio review and post‑deal value creation engagements across the M&A lifecycle.
• Conduct product and technology diligence, assessing product road map, software architecture, technical debt, R&D organization and development processes.
