• Experience in leading teams and driving PMOs with senior management
• Creation & implementation of MRO procurement category strategy based on the guidelines from Zone & Global.
• Category spend analysis at regular intervals and finding opportunities for supplier consolidation and catalog buying.
• Create dashboard to provide visibility to relevant stakeholders.
