Job Description

Position Overview:

  • The Cloud Operations organization supports the global delivery of SaaS and hosted environments in alignment with FedRAMP High, CMMC Level 2, ITAR, Cyber Essentials Plus (UK), and SecNumCloud (France) standards.
  • This leader will oversee a team of Principal and Senior SREs delivering infrastructure automation, observability, and operational scalability across multi-cloud and multi-region architectures.
  • The Senior Manager of SRE will drive the adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), service mesh, and secure service-to-service identity frameworks across AWS and Azure footprints.
  • This role is critical to achieving objectives of compliance, zero-touch operations, and 10x scale.
  • This role has been designated as a remote position allowing qualified talent throughout the listed country to be considered for the opportunity.
