Senior Manager Supply Chain Management

As the Senior Manager, Strategic SCM , you will be the primary supply chain focal point for critical customers within our Equipment (CE) segment. Based at our Johor site , you will oversee the supply chain ramp‑up and execution, ensuring that customer requirements are met through proactive planning, demand management, and inventory optimization.

This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing leadership role. You will bridge the gap between customer strategy and site operations, working directly on the manufacturing floor and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement optimized supply chain models.

Establish 3-to-5-year supply chain plans and objectives aligned with both Celestica and Customer requirements.
