Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a visionary Senior TA Manager to lead our global talent acquisition function. At a time when AI is reshaping the industry, we need a leader who can harness cutting-edge technology to drive efficiency while keeping the human at the heart of our candidate experience.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver 120–150 annual hires, owning the end-to-end recruitment process across all global departments. You will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving operational excellence and ensuring Cint remains an employer of choice in a competitive market.
