Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various roles within the Healthcare RCM process, including billing, cash posting, credit balance and AR Follow up.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate training content, ensuring accuracy and relevance to current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and manage training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of programs to new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
- Conduct training sessions using a variety of formats, such as classroom instruction, webinars, e-learning modules, and workshops, adapting methods to meet the diverse learning styles of employees.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
