**About The Job:**
Red Hat is looking for a Global Learning Services Leader in India as part of Global Learning Services (GLS), to lead the India and SAARC region to meet their revenue and quality of business commitments. In this role, you will plan, lead, and implement programs and initiatives to ensure we make progress towards our strategy to transform customers digital transformation, while delivering to our goals. In coordination with regional teams, you will build local strategy to maximize sales and revenue and maintain margins. You'll also lead marketing alignment and collaboration with local and regional teams. You will be expected to drive business through multiple channels – direct, through Red Hat partners, through GLS partners and eventually grow the business in Enterprise and Retail space, with the end objective of improving product adoption via increased number of trained people across the industry.
