Senior Manager - US Accounting (CA)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – U.S. Accounting to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, QuickBooks, and tax compliance, along with proven leadership and review experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end close for U.S. clients.
• Review work of accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and client-specific policies.
• Guide and mentor team members; ensure timely deliverables and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
• Support process improvements, training, and automation initiatives.
