About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – U. S. Accounting to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations for U. S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U. S. GAAP, Quick Books, and tax compliance, along with proven leadership and review experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end close for U. S. clients.
Review work of accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end adjustments.
Ensure compliance with U. S. GAAP and client-specific policies.
Guide and mentor team members; ensure timely deliverables and quality control.
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
Support process improvements, training, and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
Education: CA / CPA.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in U. S. accounting and tax; 3+ years in a managerial/review role.
