In this role, you will be driving:
Lead the development and execution of annual and quarterly forecasting for vendor-related programs.Partner with leadership and business units to validate assumptions, assess financial impacts, and align budgets with strategic priorities.Prepare and submit budget updates for review and approval.Work closely with Finance to maintain and update quarterly budgets, ensuring accurate projections for upcoming periods.Oversee end-to-end invoice management, from receipt to payment verification.Review invoices against budgeted amounts and ensure proper coding in financial systems.Process payments using enterprise tools and maintain accurate transaction records.Monitor and reconcile vendor invoices, chargebacks, and service fees against contractual agreements.
